科希策是斯洛伐克最富代表性的专业木偶院团，已在全球各地献演逾万场。这一次，科希策将充满“看家绝活”的《卓别林》带来中国，我们将随着木偶艺术家千变万化的手指，一秒穿越黑白默片的世界，领略电影大师卓别林的传奇人生，致敬那个充满美好回忆的年代。

The Puppet Theatre of Košice, one of Slovakia’s most distinguished puppet companies, has captivated audiences worldwide with more than ten thousand performances.This time, they bring their celebrated show Chaplin to China. Prepare to be transported in an instant to the world of black-and-white silent films through the masterful and versatile artistry of puppetry. Let’s explore the legendary life of film icon Charlie Chaplin and pay homage to an era filled with cherished memories.

 

【剧团介绍】

剧团成立于1959年，系斯洛伐克第四家专业木偶剧团。成立至今，剧团已经制作逾222部舞台剧，演出近12000场，并且仍是斯洛伐克东部唯 一的专业木偶剧团。剧团依托优秀演员，始终致力于呈现戏剧作品的演出水准。过去，人们常称它为“儿童音乐娱乐剧团”。如今，剧团已培养出第四代演员。经验丰富的艺术家们，与年轻有为的新生代演员们，组成了剧团的中流砥柱，即使当今时代文化发展面临阻力，他们的存在也始终给人希望。

在演出作品时，剧团运用了木偶戏特有的各种工具和技艺，让各式木偶和物体焕发生命。剧团作品包括奇幻剧与非奇幻剧，表现形式涵盖乐器演奏、歌唱、舞蹈、杂耍，以及戏剧表演。

 

Introduction to the troupe:

The puppet theatre was established in 1959 and became the fourth professional theatre of the kind in Slovakia. From its beginning until nowadays, the theatre has produced more than 222 stage plays with almost 12,000 reprises and is still the only one professional puppet theatre in eastern Slovakia. The theatre has always aimed for distinctive dramaturgy of plays performed by excellent actors. In the past it was often referred to as “children’s musical and entertaining theatre.” At present, the theatre engages the fourth generation of actors. Experienced performers were joined in the troupe by the young and ambitious generation of actors, which shows promise also in the difficult times unfavorable for culture.

In the works they use all the special instruments and techniques peculiar to puppet theatre, reviving various puppets and objects. Their production includes illusionary or non-illusionary theatre, involving musical instruments, singing, dancing, juggling, as well as dramatic performance. Specifically, the plays can be divided into three groups:

kindergarten plays—productions for the youngest children

productions for pupils (under the age of 15)

productions for teenagers and adults (over the age of 15)

The ensemble includes 9 full-time actors. The current repertoire consists of 16 productions. The theatre regularly participates in festivals in Slovakia and abroad. At present, the ensemble is led by Ivan Sogel.
